What are the obstacles about you must be careful:

Be very careful about these ceramic blades otherwise it may cause brittle. Improper sharpening or using hard objects, it may stuck.

For security industry, these ceramic products are creating problems because detectors can only trace out metal. To avoid this conceptual problem, some quantity of metal was also used in these blades to meet the criteria. Although ceramic knives can be detected by high frequency scanners but those scanners are not in widespread.

Keep it away from heat because it conducts heat, don’t use hard surface like stone or marble; try to use wood counter for cutting. Do not use for chopping or cutting frozen bones.

Wash it regularly after using with water and soup and keep it on dry place. Always use sheath or block to keep it secure.
