A world’s Cutlery Capital of Solingen, Germany has crafted the name of this logo and more than 200 styles of Wusthof knives are used by professional chefs all over the world.

Classic style of Wusthof knives was full tang and forged with triple riveted polymer handles, solid and reliable design. It is extremely sharp with honed cutting edge.

Ikon style was refined shape of classic style with high quality forged blade and full metal tang. Triple riveted wooden handle with medal cap at the end that makes it easy in handling

A series of Wusthof knives was classic Ikon with black handles with laser control and tested cutting edge and easy to sharpen.

Grand Prix style was forged high carbon stainless steel blade. A very durable steel blade, ergonomic handle witch is black and pebble grained.

Gourmet style has smooth and synthetic handles. It is lightweight and very comfortable for beginners. How to Sharpen: First ways is honing technique which is very easy and comfortable but do it carefully; just keep blade against steel line for stroking. Other two ways are sharpening steel and diamond sharpening steel which is specifically used for dull blades.

After every use, you can wash your knife with water and detergent and keep it carefully.
